The Essence Palace Hotel offered excellent food options and warm service. The WiFi kept dropping in my room. The hotel organizes local culture walking tours, which are a great way to explore the area.

Overall wonderful small hotel, I came here with my big family. The room was well laid out and top-notch and equipped with a balcony and a laptop, as for instance. The particularly good and perfect location was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Hoan Kiem Lake. I had 1 fantastic day here, can recommend the place.

great way to end our trip. fresh food, good service and pleasant view of the lake. well furnished unit with a standard decor. friendliness of the staff. incredible location right in old quarter area, walk from bars and cafes. besides, very convenient to old quarter. the authentic restaurant which offers exceptional food.

Staying with my friends was fantastic. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the location was spot on-close to Beer Street and the puppet showplace. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. Plus, we got to store our bags after check out and even freshen up before our next adventure.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room was super comfy and quiet, a nice surprise in bustling Hanoi. The decor was tasteful, and the bed felt heavenly! I really appreciated having a balcony for some fresh air. Just keep in mind, if you want a window, make sure to book the right room as some don't have one. It was a solid stay!
